Yioulika Antoniades leads the systems deployment consulting team at Capacitor Partners, where she oversees end-to-end transformation projects for major clients in the finance, retail, and legal sectors. Her work spans system integration and process redesign, helping organizations modernize operations at scale. She is a member of the Women in Tech committee at CITEA and actively contributes to mentoring initiatives that support emerging talent in the technology sector. Yioulika holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Science and Machine Learning at Imperial College London.
