Natalia Kitaeva is a Project Coordinator in Education at JetBrains, with over 5 years of experience in the industry. 
Many graduates of the Computer Science programs she assists have gone on to excel in science and top tech companies. 
Having lived in Cyprus for the past 2 years, she has effectively utilized her extensive background to benefit the island and its students. 
She excels in building connections with universities, organizing additional courses, educational events, and scientific and student schools and camps. 
One of her main projects currently is a collaboration with Neapolis University, where around 80 students are studying with JetBrains grants. 
She also supports the university in developing their new Bachelor's program in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence (currently under accreditation). Her experience in leadership, management, and business processes has significantly contributed to the success of various initiatives.
